Tipsy was adopted by one of our LOVING Volunteers!

Tipsy is a gentle girl with a good heart. She's a little shy at first, but is curious about everything and is learning about the world around her. She has lived with a nice family and was in the care of the daughter who has moved out and was not able to take dear Tipsy with her. She would love a permanent home of her own.
