Louie was found under someones porch with no other siblings around.  The people could not keep him so they took him to the local animal shelter.  Because he was only 6 weeks old when he was found the shelter could not adopt him out.  ARF was called to come rescue him.  He is now ready to be adopted :)  He is a sweet little guy that needs a permanent loving home of his own.
