Mark was turned in as a stray to a local shelter. Mark had huge mats hanging from his ears and several dreds hanging from his body. Although he appears extremely neglected he is a very nice cocker and was put up for adoption. Someone wanted to adopt him but his heartworm test turned out positive and they no longer wanted him.
