Max was turned into a local shelter by his owners after two dogs came into his yard and he got into a fight with them. We are not sure why they did not want him anymore as he is a very sweet guy. He is large for a sheltie weighing in at 40 pounds - he is not fat, just big. He is a great guy and loves attention :) If interested please come meet him at our adoption day.
