Maxwell was turned in by his owners.  Unfortunatley they did not get him neutered at the right time, when he was 4 months old, and now that he has moved into a new (to him) house he is peeing all over.  The landlord would not let the renters keep him.  He has since been neutered and the constant marking should stop.  Maxwell is a little shy when meeting new people but once he gets to know you he is in love :)
